Dr Bezawit T. Tsegaye is an orthopaedic, and trauma surgeon based in Ethiopia. Dr Bezawit has served Ethiopian society of orthopaedics and traumatology under various roles. She is passionate about mentorship, surgical outreach programs, and medical innovation projects to increase accessibility of equality of trauma care in Africa.
Holly Pilson, MD is an associate professor of orthopaedic surgery dedicated to advancing orthopaedic trauma care through research and education. She believes that innovative clinical solutions begin with research and mentors medical students, residents, and fellows to engage in impactful studies. Dr. Pilson is also committed to increasing diversity in orthopaedics, serving as the Vice Chair of Social Impact for the Musculoskeletal Institute and actively participating in initiatives like the Nth Dimension Scholar Program, the Perry Initiative, and the Kennedy Hopkins Mentorship Program.
